  Participation is a right that must be provided for all and is one of the important foundations of social relations, and women, as half of the population, can play an important role in the development of societies through social participation. Therefore, the aim of this study was to design a model of women's social participation with an interpretive structural approach. The present research is applied and based on the method, descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included 10 university experts in Golestan province in the field of sociology. In the first step, interviews with experts were used to identify the components of social participation, and in the second step, interpretive structural modeling with Excel software was used to design the model. The results showed that the model of social participation has two levels, which are components (social cohesion, social status, hope for the future, social status, social security, populism, social awareness, self-confidence, lifestyle, social class, use of mass media, Job status, democratic family structure, income level, education and marriage) were in the first level and the component (age) was in the second level and all components were in the link cluster.   Agriculture in the world has played a major role in ensuring food security throughout history and has led to the emergence and flourishing of great civilizations. In the current situation when the country is faced with simultaneous sanctions from the enemy and the solution presented by Imam Khamenei is the theory of resistance economy which It should be investigated in all fields with minimum social, cultural, political damage and according to the existing conditions of the country. In Iran, paying attention to the category of food security has always been one of the main goals of macro policies. One of the measures of the Iranian Islamic Model of Progress document directly mentions the issue of providing food security, as well as its footprint from the constitution to the five-year development plan and Even the approaches and policies of the resistance economy have also been seen. Therefore, in the present research, an attempt has been made to answer this question, what is the role of food security in the resistance economy in the discourse of thoughts, opinions and statements of Imam Khamenei? The current research is an e-applied development and documentary methods and qualitative content analysis have been used as necessary. The findings indicate that the important and effective principles of the role of food security in the resistance economy from the perspective of the Supreme Leader include self-sufficiency in the production of basic and strategic products, improvement of product quality, consumption management, increasing the level and efficiency of production in the country and company development. are knowledge-based in the agricultural sector.   In the recent years, the emergence and increase of interest in remote working has brought organizational communication into a new field. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of organizational communication in the context of remote work. The method of this research is thematic analysis. At first, 90 scientific works were identified in reliable scientific databases, and after reviewing the content related to the research, finally 30 works were directly used to determine the primary codes. To measure the validity of the research, two methods of researcher self-review and transferability were used, and for reliability, two methods of retesting and between two coders were used. Based on the analysis, a complete set of final themes including 32 primary codes, 21 basic themes, and 9 organizing themes was provided. Therefore, the factors affecting organizational communication include internal states, communication skills and social intelligence of the individual along with the level of formality and organizational complexity. In the field of organizational communication methods in the context of remote working, working from home, hybrid work and selective methods were extracted as operational methods, and open communication and interaction were extracted as communication methods. Also, two groups of individual requirements including home communication atmosphere and remote work skills and organizational requirements including human resources, political and technical factors have been proposed. Its consequences include organizational citizenship behavior, employee support behaviors, organizational identity, organizational commitment, and employee job satisfaction.
